2025 DIVE PRACTICE SCHEDULE: 

Practice will occur at the same time as Swim Team Practice (9am-11:30am).  Bring your child for an hour anytime between 9am - 1130am. If your child is doing BOTH swim team and dive team, then they will dive around their designated swim team practice time. 

2025 SSA DIVE MEET SCHEDULE 

*Unless otherwise noted, warmups will start @ 5:30 and meets will start @ 6:30.

CHAMPIONSHIPS 

Wednesday, July 2nd  – BOSC 

*Warmups start at 4:00 pm

*Meet starts 5:00

*Orders of divers will begin with 6 and under age group.

*Diving-up permitted during regular season meets, but NOT at Championships.

*6-and-unders must have a front dive, 2nd dive is “optional” (but no jump-dives)

*Jump-dives permitted, and scored 0-DD, at all meets (except Championships)
