Shelter Reservations: Shelter reservations will be made through the Booking feature. This will be open on May 5th. Shelter reservations will be for 3 hours. Your 3 hour reserved time includes a setup/teardown time of 30 minutes. Available reservation times: 11:15am-2:15pm, 2:30pm-5:30pm, 5:45pm-8:45pm.
Social Events Committee: ● We are restructuring our social events by forming a committee of pool members to organize them. ● If you're interested in joining this committee, please complete the following Google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSch3g0qNX6uQfA9Lt_UErwXqX gfdgiOAmm1en6o39yOnWZAfQ/viewform?usp=dialog ● Your participation will help us create and execute an exciting lineup of events for the summer.
Guest Pass Books : ● Guest pass books will be available for purchase starting March 1st until May 18th. ● Cost will be $80 for 10 passes. ● There will not be physical passes this year - we will be tracking all guest pass books through your account. ● Daily guest passes remain at $10 per person.
Waitlist Registration: ● Opportunities for waitlist members will begin on May 1st. ● Registration will proceed sequentially from the top of the list for 3 days until May 3rd at midnight. ● On May 4th, if we are not at capacity, we will continue offering registrations to those on the waitlist until we are at capacity. ● Please monitor your email for detailed instructions to finalize your membership.
Membership Renewal: ● For current members, renewal registration opens on Monday, February 17th. ● A single registration link will be available on our website and emailed to all 2024 members on that date. ● Renewal registration ends on April 30th. After this date, you will not have another chance to renew unless we are not at capacity after we offer waitlist registration. ● A late registration fee of $25 applies if you renew after April 15th.
