2024 OSA Swim Lessons Cancelation Policy

We thank you for your interest in our swim lessons program! If for any reason you would like to give up your registration spot, we ask that you do so more than 12 hours prior to the start time of the first day of your childs lesson. Should you cancel within this 12 hour window, we are unable to issue refunds. Lessons will take place as scheduled rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for cool temperatures or weather related cancellations. In the event that swim lessons are cancelled consecutive days due to weather or other unexpected circumstances, a refund will be considered. Should you arrive to any of our lessons more than 10 minutes late, please understand that the child can no longer participate in that days lesson and no refund will be issued. The sole exception to this rule is if you have obtained prior authorization from the swim lessons coordinator or from the instructor. If you cannot attend one of the dates for our lessons, understand that we are not able to prorate the lesson package for you. Rather, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
