MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS

Olivia Baker

Hello! My name is Olivia and I will be a Senior this year at Olentangy High School. I have been a competitive swimmer for 10 years, swimming with the Tangy Tornadoes, Powell Y Penguins, and my high school team. This will be my third year teaching lessons and I'm so excoted to be returning again to the powell pool. In my free time, I love to read, shop, hike, and play with my 2 year old brother and my golden retriever. 

Haley Banner

Hello! My name is Haley and just graduated from The Ohio State University with by bachelors of science in nursing. I started swiming competitively at age 6 and continued through my high school graduation. My favorite strokes are freestyle and backstroke but love I.M. as well. I have been teaching group and private lessons since 2016 and really enjoy getting to know the kids that I teach and watching them improve and grow as individuals. I look forward to meeting you and your child!

Bella Sutton

Hi my name is Bella Sutton! This spring I graduated from Olentangy High School and I will be attending the Ohio State University this fall. I was a swimmer for eight years and started teaching swim lessons last summer. Aside from this I also coach youth soccer, tutor, and babysit. I really enjoy being able to help/teach kids, so I look forward to teaching the kids how to be safe and have fun in the water!

Giana Volpe

Hi my name is Giana Volpe and I'm going to be a freshman at the Ohio State University at The Ohio State University in the fall. Ouside of work I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with my family and friends. I also really like working with kids and meeting new people!
