JOHNSON CITY SITE WINTER TRAINING SCHEDULE YES!! It's almost "THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR". Of course, we are all thinking the same thing: WINTER TRAINING TIME!! That wonderful period when there is no school to worry about and children can swim, eat, rest, and then swim again - some of them multiple times in one day!! What a deal!! By maintaining and even bumping up one's training regimen durimg this period, some serious adaptations can occur which will benefit a swimmer's speed and endurance in January and beyond....

On days when the ETSU basketball team has a game at Freedom Hall, the following parking restriction will be in effect: The lot immediately next to Freedom Hall will be reserved for ETSU after 5:30 PM. Those participating in BSC, Middle School, or High School practices should park in the large lot immediately adjacent to the reserved lot. We are excited to kick off a new way for families to communicate utilizing the Team Reach App. This will be a parent run app, which will NOT replace the Remind app that the coaches use to communicate schedule changes.
