National Development

13 & Older

Required 6 workouts per week, swim meets required. Swimmers should have specific goals in the sport of swimming and progessing toward Sectional Meets and above. 

Swimmers must have a higher understanding of training, intervals, and endurance than Senior Speed athletes.

Senior Speed

13 & Older

This group is for middle schoolers progressing out of AG3 with the goal of moving into National Developmet Group. 

This group is also for high schoolers who do not want to commit to the requirements of National Dev. Group but still want to progress in the sport of swimming

There is no workout attendance requirement for this group, but swimmers looking to progress to Nat. Dev. Group should attend 5-6 workouts per week.

11 – 13

Required 4 workouts per week, swim meets required, swimmers should have goals to progress into the Senior 2 or National Development group in the future.

9 – 11

Introductory group to competitive USA Swimming.  Swimmers should attend some swim meets. Swimmers must have understanding of all 4 strokes and have prior swim team experience.
