REGISTRATION
Registration is open! Go HERE. Once you have chosen your group, you will be prompted to sign in/create a SportsEngine account. New families will need to create an account, and returning families can sign in to their accounts.
GROUPS AND REQUIREMENTS:
All swimmers must meet minimum age and swim requirements. We are unable to do evaluations before practices start. If you are unsure about your swimmer’s group, email [email protected] or [email protected] to get help choosing the right one.
All groups are month to month. If swimmers continue after October 31st they will be considered year-round swimmers.
AGE GROUP 1 Ages 6-8 new and intermediate swimmers
- Requirements: Must be able to comfortably swim 25 yards of freestyle with side breathing, 25 yards of backstroke, kick 25 yards of flutter kick, have knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly, and be comfortable in the deep pool without a coach in the water. Must be able to swim without holding the lane ropes or wall.
- Fees: $215/month
- Practice Time: MTThF: 4:30-5:30 PM, W 6:00-7:15 PM, and Sat 8:30-9:30 AM
DART DEVELOPMENT 2 (DD2): Ages 8-12 new and intermediate swimmers
- Requirements: Must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle with side breathing, 50 yards of backstroke, kick 50 yards of flutter kick, and knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly.
- Fees: $215 per month
- Practice Time: MTThF: 4:30-5:30 PM, W 6:00-7:15 PM, and Sat 8:30-9:30 AM
AGE GROUP 2 (AG2): Ages 9-11 intermediate/advanced swimmers
- Requirements: Introductory group to competitive USA Swimming. Swimmers should attend some swim meets. Swimmers must have an understanding of all 4 strokes and have prior swim team experience.
- Fees: $245/month
- Practice Time: MTThF: 4:30-5:45 PM, W 6:00-7:30 PM, and Sat 8:00-9:30 AM
AGE GROUP 3 (AG3): Ages 11-13 intermediate/advanced swimmers
- Required 4 workouts per week, swim meets required, swimmers should have goals to progress into the Senior Speed or National Development group in the future. They must have prior swim team experience and ready to train with a USA swim team. Swimmers should get approval before registering for this group.
- Fees: $260/month
- Practice Times: MTWThF: 6:00-7:45 PM and Sat 7:30-9:30 AM
MORE FEE INFORMATION:
There is a 3rd child discount for all families (same household) with 3 or more children; the cost is half of the regular fee for the third and any subsequent children. You must pay the full amount for all children when applying; we will refund you the difference after registration. The discount is applied to the swimmer with the lowest fees.
Once you have registered, no refunds will be made without a medical excuse, a doctor’s note, and the coach’s permission. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per swimmer should a refund be granted. Enrollment is non-transferable and cannot be prorated based on vacations or partial attendance. We do not offer makeup sessions for illness or vacation.
- Annual fee of $50. We will bill your account for this. Swimmers will receive a Dart shirt and swim cap.
- USA Swimming Annual mandatory registration and fee. This is required of all swimmers in USA Swimming. We will send information on how to register and pay for this after you register. 12 under swimmers register for Flex membership $30; all swimmers 13 and up must do Premium membership for $95. Swimmers who swam in Spring 2025 or Fall 2024 will not need to re-register.
- Starting 9/1 families will be charged processing fees. Credit card - The processing fee for credit cards will be 2.95% of the total charge plus a flat rate of $0.30/transaction. ACH - The processing fee for ACH transactions will be a flat rate of $1.25/transaction.
