DART Seasonal Swim Programs

The Aquadart program offers opportunities for all level of swimmers from elite to fun and recreational.  We have swimmers striving to achieve the highest levels possible in the sport of swimming.  We also have one of the largest recreational programs in California that focuses solely on learning skills, fitness, and having fun.  We have a place for you! 

TEAM PROGRAMS

1.    Aquadarts  

a.     This is a year round program offering training groups that vary from national level swimmers to beginners.  Swimmers can join at any time of the year. A variety of practice times and options are offered.  We offer a Competitive swim track (AG 1, AG 2, AG 3, SR 1, SR 2, SR High School) and a Developmental track for novice and intermediate swimmers and/or swimmers who may or may not wish to compete (Bronze, Silver and Gold).  

2.   Summer Recreational Team (Summerdarts and Minidarts)

a.     Summerdarts is a recreational fun summer swim program offered for 8 weeks each summer.  Over 500 swimmers annually participate in this program.  It is a great summer experience designed to introduce the swim team experience while learning to become a stronger swimmer.  Emphasis is placed on stroke technique and learning swimming skills in a fun, low-key atmosphere.  

b.   Minidarts is for swimmers ages 4-7.  It is a 7-week program designed to introduce younger swimmers to the fun of swimming while teaching the four competitive strokes.  Each session will offer teaching time as well as water games designed to improve swim skills while having fun!

3. Swim School

            a. Dart Swim School: Swim lessons for kids 18 months to 11 years old. Private and group lessons are offered. 

4. Seasonal Programs

a.    Falldarts and Springdarts– These programs are designed to introduce swimmers into the Aquadart program.  They run between 8 &12 weeks and focus on introduction to competitive swimming, stroke technique, and fun activities. Mini Swim meets are offered but are not required.  Swimmers are welcome to join Aquadarts at the end of the Falldart and Springdart sessions.
