Swimmer Move-up Rubric:

Below you will find the rubric DART coaches use to determine which swimmers are ready to move up to the next group. We use this in combination with the swimmers age to be sure that they are ready for the challenge of the next group and to be sure that they will excel when they begin practicing with the group. Each of the 6 categories is weighted equally.

A swimmer must earn a minimum of 14 pts to be considered for moving up.
