ALL NEPTUNES ATHLETES: We are proud to announce that Whole Foods and the world famous chef Duskie Estes will be providing only our athletes special snack items at the Swim Like the Dickens meet on both Saturday and Sunday. They will be set up in the main lobby area on the west side of the aquatic complex near the computer room and SRJC swimming offices. Please come by and enjoy the fruits of their labor. The weather is getting colder and we're bringing Hot Chocolate Thursdays back!! Each athlete can enjoy a nice warm dring after practice on Thursdays during November & December. Hello Neptune families, Zone 3 Championships starts today in Vallejo and we're excited about racing fast! I have put together some Sports Nutrition (specifically tailored to swimmers) information that I would love to share with the swimmers and interested parents. I am wondering if anyone on the team with good computer skills would be able to help me put it together in a more pleasing format e.g. add clip art etc. I would also be interested in creating a power point presentation with the material and would love help with that. This would be a great opportunity to help the team and earn some volunteer credit...
