The weather is getting colder and we're bringing Hot Chocolate Thursdays back!! Each athlete can enjoy a nice warm dring after practice on Thursdays during November & December. Hello Neptune families, Zone 3 Championships starts today in Vallejo and we're excited about racing fast! I have put together some Sports Nutrition (specifically tailored to swimmers) information that I would love to share with the swimmers and interested parents. I am wondering if anyone on the team with good computer skills would be able to help me put it together in a more pleasing format e.g. add clip art etc. I would also be interested in creating a power point presentation with the material and would love help with that.
