Blue group has practice this Saturday at Ridgway from 7-8:30 am. For those athletes in Black, Gold & Silver not participating in this weekend's high school league championship meets, you are expected to attend this practice.

SWIM-A-THON 2013 Neptune Swimming What is a swim-a-thon? Swim-a-Thon is a fundraiser in which participants earn money for their team by swimming lengths of the pool. Swimmers have a two-hour period to swim a maximum of 200 lengths. Participants get pledges from businesses, family, neighbors, etc. prior to swimming, w hile others get pledges per length and collect the money following the Swim-a-Thon.
