Novice/Advanced Novice: Updated 7/22/24
- Mon, July 22: 9:30-10:30 a.m. @ SwimRVA-Meadowbrook-(This is the only practice time for Novice/Advanced on this day).
- Tue, July 23: 9:30-10:30 a.m. @ SwimRVA-Meadowbrook-(This is the only practice time for Novice/Advanced on this day).
- Wed, July 24: 9:30-10:30 a.m. @ SwimRVA-CSAC-(This is the only practice time for Novice/Advanced on this day).
- Thu, July 25: No Practice for Novice/Advanced Novice!
- Mon, July 29: Normal practice schedule at SwimRVA-CSAC.
- Tue, July 30: Normal practice scheudle at SwimRVA-CSAC. Last day of Novice Advanced practice for this season.
- No practice July 31-August 11
- All athletes are welcome to swim laps at SwimRVA-CSAC during the break
- Aug 12-18 will still be the Summer Schedule; Fall 2024 schedule will start on Mon, Aug 19
