Coach Kris will be running Silver practice tomorrow and Coach Nicole will run Gold practices. Coach Kris is unable to stay for dryland tomorrow night at SIlver so SIlver Dryland is cancelled. Also there is no Gold Dryland tomorrow night either.

Because of weather and dangerous roads AM practice tomorrow, February 8 at Broadview is cancelled. Coach Kari will run tomorrow afternoon's Gold practice at DT Y, 3:45-5:30pm. I will be down in Oshkosh again. Drive down and back from Oshkosh tonight was terrible. Took me 1 and 1/2 going down and 1:15 coming back. But our milers did a great job!!! :-)

Hello Everyone, Tonight because of the DT Y Strong Kids Calling Night we cancelled the Gold workout at SWHS. The Gold swimmers are invited to swim with the Silver Team tonight from 7:30-8:45pm at the DT Y. Bronze will swim at their normal time from 6:30-7:30pm at the DT Y. Thanks Coach Dave
