FAST Lessons
FAST is now offering swim lessons for the swimmers who aren't quite ready for the team yet. All swim instructors are Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor Certified.
Our rate for group lessons is $40 per 6 week session and for private lessons is $30 for 30 minutes. Please bring cash or check made out to FAST to the pool at the time of the first lesson.

| Ages: K - 12 Ability: Must be able to swim
- 25 yards on their own (across the pool)
- I want my child to learn about competitive swimming and learn to race
- Coaches are on deck leading workouts for the swimmers
- Swim season is 4 months long with practices offered 5 nights a week, families choose how many nights to attend
- Coaches have 8 necessary certifications through the American Red Cross and USA Swimming
