For several weeks now we have been working with the High School Girls Team to determine if we would be able hold practice on Sept 7th after the Jamboree Swim Meet. Unfortunately due to a last minute change the Jamboree will not be completed in time, so we will need to move the first evening practice to Wednesday September 8th. Forty Marlins swam at the Champs meet with over half winning a medal for a top 3 finish and nearly all scoring a ribbon for a top 6 placing. Six Marlins swam for PNS at the North American Challenge Cup in California! This meet pits the best of PNS against the Canadian and Mexican National Teams and 2 Associations from California. Jennifer Domanowski defended her title in the 200 fly with a blistering 2:16.41 clocking beating her own meet record. She also earned a podium spot with 3rd in the 100 fly. All 27 swimmers had a hand in the overall success of the Mighty Marlins at PNS Champs! "Our relays were outstanding breaking many team records", noted coach Kirby. Robbie Haynes was a dominate force at the Summer Grand Challenge at Titlow Pool! He won an event and placed highly in 2 others. Rebekah and Jonathan Pusateri had a good meet as well with times approaching PNS Champs qualification. Kara Koetje took a big step toward her assault of the summit of Mt. Rainier coming up this weekend, and Shelby Schuman hit a silver time!

Bindi and Christina Dominated the field at the Seattle Open. Bindi won 4 events, was 2nd in 3 others and also scored a 3rd and a 4th!
