    A great way to further the development of the Mighty Marlins is to become or re-certify as Stroke and Turn officials.  All the training is provided at a local training course .   Stroke and Turn Officials Clinic - new and recertification Tuesday, December 8   7:00-9:00 pm Magnolia Hall, Arlington

 Many Mighty Marlins hit best times at the Age Group Invitational in Mukilteo: Christina Domanowski, Bindi Pedersen, and Drew Preston led the way with 6 best times.  Maggie Delaney, Oliver Durand, Rachel Hartmeyer, Sarp Orgul, and Andrew Winquist each had 5!  Twenty other Marlins had at least 1 best time as the Marlins continue to improve and bolster our already awesome team!

 All the Mighty Marlin Swimmers at the Q-Meet either took home a ribbon for top 16 or garnered at least 1 best time.  Jacob Blomberg and Leah Taylor each had a victory at the meet.  Jacob won the 50 free, and Leah won the 100 breast.  Maggie Delaney and Rosemary Mohr each took 2nd in an event, and Burch Walker scored a 3rd.  Cera Brown, Erin Delaney, and Elle Lee had multiple top 16 placings.  Shelby Schuman and Anja Sigbjornsdottir each had best times at the meet!

 Instead of getting a lot of presents on her birthday Maggie Delaney gave the Mighty Marlins a gift!  Per request in her birthday party invitation guests were asked to not bring presents for Maggie but to bring donations to help the Mighty Marlins.  This would seem like an amazing act for an older person to do, but for an 8 year old to be so generous is phenominal!  The Marlins will use the over $380.00 collected to update very important software that is used to run swim meets.  This the...

  Six Marlins took home trophies from the Chinook Pentathlon for finishing 6th or better overall in the 5 event test of endurance and skill!!!  Madi Rossnagle was 5th overall, Jeffrey Lozensky 3rd, and Jennifer Domanowski was 2nd.  Three Marlins were overall winners as Oliver Durand, Hannah Peseau, and Morgan Ginnis won their age divisions.  Way to go all around swimmers!

  Fun was had by all except the pumpkins of course!!  Winners took home some humongous pumpkins thanks to the generosity and gardening skills of the LeValley family! By the way, everyone was a winner!

 The Mighty Marlinsswam well to take 3rd at the Fall Thunderbird Swim Meet in Anacortes.     The Mighty Marlins have some EXCITING NEWS to share:  Karoline Schaufler is the new Part Time Assistant Swim coach!  In an effort to give Kirby some much needed relief on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, Karoline will be coaching the middle level developing swimmers.  Kirby will be coaching alongside Karoline for a few weeks during this transition.   As a veteran Marlin with both technical and leadership strengths, Karoline adds huge benefit to the club.  Senior level swimmers are encouraged to swim  in the mornings only on Tuesdays and Thursdays,...
