Competitive Stroke Clinic @ USC
Doug Cornish, founder of "Swimpler", will be conducting 2 stroke clinics this weekend outside of regularly scheduled practices. A Freesyle technique clinic will be held on Saturday afternoon, May 17, and a Butterfly techique clinic will be held on Sunday morning, May 18. Swimpler offers world-class technique clinics delivered using live underwater camera feedback.
Doug believes in "technique-first" coaching, operating with the understanding that technique and race strategy are distinguisng factors in both a swimmer's performance and development. Over the last 22 years of his career, he has developed a system for teaching elite technique elements that is as effective as it is distinctive. Saturday's Freestyle Clinic: 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Sunday's Butterfly Clinic: 9:30 - 11:30 am
