Starting today (1/4) all groups are back to their normal practice schedules. Good Afternoon CAJ Parents, Coach Andrew’s Corner In Motion has asked us to enforce certain stipulations of our contract with them. These stipulations are all swimmers are not permitted to use the indoor locker rooms, outside spas, the steam rooms, or the saunas. All swimmers are to use the outside bathrooms and showers. Also all swimmers need to be supervised at all times so if your swimmer is getting dropped off early they need to sit next to the lap pool near the coaches until their practice starts. A new...
