Hello CAJ Parents, Good Luck to our 14 swimmers who will compete in Redding at Shasta College on Saturday. A separate email will go out later today or tomorrow morning about this swim meet. Senior Group has begun morning practices at the PV pool starting May 2, 5:30 am to 7:30 am. The coaches are putting emphasis on stroke development at this point in the season, especially for the Pre-Seniors and Seniors while keeping their yardage up.
