Good Morning CAJ Parents, Coach Andrew’s Corner Last Saturday (9/17) was a great meet! I was excited to watch our Aquajets do as well as they did. There were even some swimmers that achieved a new time standard in a race. Adlai Mahler got a B time in his 100y backstroke. Gino Lawrence got B times in three races (the 25y freestyle, 50y freestyle, and 25y backstroke), and he got a BB time in his 50y backstroke. Hello CAJ Parents, Coach Andrew’s Corner I am excited to welcome Coach Ava and Coach Jon back on deck this week. I also want to remind everyone that it is hot out so please have each swimmer bring a water bottle to practice. Water works great, and an electrolyte drink works even better especially for our swimmers with longer practices. My favorite electrolyte mix to use is called Skratch. Hello CAJ Parents, Congrats to all our swimmers at the Orland Meet this past weekend. There were many great swims. We had many Highpoint, medals, and ribbon winners. The dual meet with Gridley Gators was also very successful. It was promising to see a lot of new families. We also had a blast at the movies yesterday.
