Sherry Liu easily won the 800 Free with a long course personal best swim of 8:57.57. Abi Sayer in the A final of the 200 Fly went 2:22.57 to come in second. Stefan Milosevic was 3rd in the B final of the 200 Fly. Sherry Liu was back up for the 200 Free B Final where she went 2:08.09 for second. Emily Gerson in the 100 back raced to 5th and Stefan was the final swimmer with 4th place in the C final.

Solid meet for all swimmers that went to LMR Champs and Langley Novice. 4 new AA qualifiers on Sunday and 6 new Regional qualifiers from Langley. New AA Swimmers: Jakob Garricks in the 100 Back, Connor Toomey in the 200 Fly, Gabriella Sali in the 100 Breast, and Brodie Young also in the 100 Breast. Matt Hua 4th B final 100 (then turned round and a few minutes after swims to 5th in 200 iM B final. Good double. Emily Gerson second in B final 50 Back. Sherry Liu 800 Fr silver with 84650.

Sherry Liu swam to 2:05.05 in the 200 fr qualified 9th (B) final but as she has 800 Fr at night we will take her out and get ready for the 800. Matt's 100 Br earned him 13th and a B final as well as a Bt in 200 Im with a 3 second drop and a B final. Abi Sayer bt 100 Fly and Wendy Yang debuted her Westerns with a solid fly effort. Sarra Leung went bt by 3 seconds in her 800.

Abi Sayer started the evening with a 6th place 200 final swim, just shy of the club record. Next Emily Gerson who moved up a spot to 7th and dropped a second off the morning swim. 50 Br next and Matt Hua in the B final finishing 3rd. Sherry Liu in 400 Fr came 5th Bt 41905 which is also Senior Nat time. Last swim belonged to Stefan who finished 8th.

Emily Gerson improved on her morning time and her place by racing to second in the B final with 104,70 100 back. Matt Hua in 200 Br racing to Bt and 6th with 22410. Abi Sayer came 8th 400 IM B final.
