A slew of decent morning races but only Stefan back for finals. 5th place was what Stef settled for even with a great 3 second best time. The team fought hard overall and we had good solid relays as well as spirited morning swims. A great step forward from a well swam provincials that looks good for next year.

Bronze for Stefan Milosevic in 400 IM. Great swim for Stefan as he starts gaining confidence on the National stage. Clearly Stefan's experience through the slate of Long Course meets he went through is paying off with his highest ever finish at national level. He is looking forward to his 200 fly! Up next was our up and coming backstroker Inder Pooni who earned his first final berth at the age national level with...

Gerson bronze 200 back! Racing for the lead the entire way until the final 25 Emily had a great race as she makes a return to the podium at Age Nats. Overall a good night for the team with Stefan M coming 5th in his 200 back, Sara W 7th 50 breast in a new club record and Matt H also 6th in the 50. Tight am racing makes for tough final lanes to get so we need to be on in heats to get through.
