Middle Atlantic Swimming Inc. is one of 59 Local Swimming Committees (LSCs) of USA Swimming, the National Governing Body (NGB) of competitive swimming in the United States. USA Swimming organizes the LSC's into 4 Zones, of which, Middle Atlantic is a member of the Eastern Zone.
The Middle Atlantic LSC consists of Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and all of Delaware. With 115+ member clubs, more than 11,000 athletes, and more than 1,200 officials, coaches, and non-athlete members.
