2024 Bidders/Meet Directors Meeting on 4/25/24 at 7:00 PM

In preparation for the 2024 Middle Atlantic Swimming House of Delegates on April 27, 2024 we will hold a combination Bidders/Meet Directors Town Hall Meeting on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM.  The format of the meeting will be a bit different than in past years.  The 2024-25 proposed Meet Schedule will be reviewed followed by a Meet Directors Town Hall Meeting.  All bidding Clubs are encouraged to have representation at the meeting should a question arise concerning any bid meets.  The Meet Directors Town Hall will be an open discussion related to hosting sanctioned meets.  Please feel free to email me, [email protected], any subjects you would like to discuss that evening.

I have attached the proposed schedule that will be presented to the HOD  for approval on 4/27/24.  Please use this version of the schedule moving forward.  Should you need to address a meet during the meeting please use the line number first followed by the issue/correction.
