Just a reminder from previous email - Thursday (6th) 5:30am, 4:00pm and 5:00pm practice groups at the LAfitness Walnut/Skillman will be cancelled this week (6:00p and 7:00p groups will run as normal). All Thursday (6th) practices at LAfit Coit/GB will be cancelled this week. Saturday (8th) Greenhill practice groups will be cancelled this week. All other days/times/locations will be running as normal. Makeup practices and extra dryland training opportunities will be sent out this weekend for during Spring Break!

Good afternoon! We have a few weekly updates to share with everyone! This past weekend our team was in Rockwall competition in a local USA Swim competition. Our team had 179 lifetime time personal best swims, hitting a 75% PB rate. We continue to have one of the highest PB rates at competitions (most team strive for over 50% PB rate). We had 3 new swimmers qualify for North Texas Championships and 12 swimmers set new club records. Results and updated team records have been posted to our team website....

Good morning! Few weekly updates to share with everyone - This weekend is the swim meet in Rockwall,TX for those who signed up! All practices will resume through the weekend as normal except Saturday Greenhill workouts will be cancelled. I have opened up a couple makeup practice time options through the week and weekend if anyone is interested! Limited space though, so please send a text/email asap if interested. The 7-8p group that practices at LAfitness Walnut/Skillman will move to Lovers/Greenville LAfit location and practice at the same time. Sorry for the changes! Good morning! This weekend - Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th, Greenhill will be closed for maintenance/cleaning. The 10-12 Greenhill group on Saturday will move to Athletic Republic for a dryland workout 10-11:30am. The 12-1 Greenhill group will move to LAfitness Walnut/Skillman and practice at the same time. On Sunday all Greenhill groups will move to LAfitness Walnut/Skillman and practice at the same times as normal. There will be no Black group makeup time this weekend. Good morning! We have a few weekly updates to share with everyone - Last week we had 12 swimmers qualify and compete in the North Texas Championships in Arlington,TX. We had a great showing with swimmers having huge time drops, relays earning top place finishes and new team records being set! We scored the most points at this level of competition than we ever have (over double the points of our previous highest total).
