Good morning! Just a few weekly updates to share with everyone - This coming Sunday April 6th Greenhill School will be closed for a campus event. Practices will move to LAfitness Walnut/Skillman for this coming Sunday and run at normal scheduled times. There will be no makeup opportunities this Sunday for Blue/Black/Gold level swimmers. Good morning! Just a couple weekly updates to share with everyone - This coming Saturday there is a Blue/Black/Gold level swimmer and parent meeting. It will be at Greenhill School at 10am in the pool room. I will just be going over goal sheets with swimmers, discussing upcoming swim meets and the second half of season with them. It is not mandatory for swimmers to have a parent there but if you want to assist your swimmer with the goal sheets you absolutely can. I will also make myself available...
Good evening! Just a reminder tomorrow is the March Relay Time Trial. Please have your swimmer arrive at 9:30a if they are signed up. This will be instead of normal scheduled Sunday practices. Saturday March 22nd we will have a “Friend Practice” for the Greenhill groups. Any swimmer who practices on Saturday at Greenhill can bring a friend to join them for normal scheduled workout. We have a few weekly updates to share with everyone -m This past weekend Madison Pisani, Emery Fleming and Pierce Dewar competed at the Texas Age Group State Championships in Midland,TX. They did a great job and represented Fast Fins Elite well on the highest stage of competition. This is a meet with very difficult qualifying standards for 14&U swimmers and we are proud of your hard work and dedication to success! Just a reminder from previous email - Thursday (6th) 5:30am, 4:00pm and 5:00pm practice groups at the LAfitness Walnut/Skillman will be cancelled this week (6:00p and 7:00p groups will run as normal). All Thursday (6th) practices at LAfit Coit/GB will be cancelled this week. Saturday (8th) Greenhill practice groups will be cancelled this week. All other days/times/locations will be running as normal. Makeup practices and extra dryland training opportunities will be sent out this weekend for during Spring Break!
Good afternoon! We have a few weekly updates to share with everyone! This past weekend our team was in Rockwall competition in a local USA Swim competition. Our team had 179 lifetime time personal best swims, hitting a 75% PB rate. We continue to have one of the highest PB rates at competitions (most team strive for over 50% PB rate). We had 3 new swimmers qualify for North Texas Championships and 12 swimmers set new club records. Results and updated team records have been posted to our team website....
Just a few reminders for everyone! All practices will run as normal this weekend except the Saturday 10-1p Greenhill groups as majority of that group will be competing in Rockwall this weekend. Good morning! Few weekly updates to share with everyone - This weekend is the swim meet in Rockwall,TX for those who signed up! All practices will resume through the weekend as normal except Saturday Greenhill workouts will be cancelled. I have opened up a couple makeup practice time options through the week and weekend if anyone is interested! Limited space though, so please send a text/email asap if interested. We will have normal practices through March Break as well as offer some additional training options for those staying in town...
All practices at the LAfitness on Walnut/Skillman will be cancelled for tomorrow (2/20). The 7-8p group that practices at LAfitness Walnut/Skillman will move to Lovers/Greenville LAfit location and practice at the same time. Sorry for the changes! Trying to work with LAfit and the cold weather temperatures affecting pipes/pool heater. We have weekend makeup options and will offer additional weekday makeups next week for everyone!
