Good morning! This past week a group of swimmers from Fast Fins Elite were in Fort Lauderdale for a swim training camp! Good evening! With the swim meet taking place in Rockwall this weekend there are some practice updates - There will be NO practices at any of our locations this Friday the 6th. On Saturday the 7th, all Greenhill swim practices (10-12 and 12-1 groups) will move to Athletic Republic for a dryland workout from 10-11:15am.
