Congratulations to all our 8 & under swimmers that attended the Sizzler on Friday night at the Sunrise Civic Center.  We love this pool as the children can spread out on the grass and deck area without crowding and the parents can watch from the other side.  Our next Sizzler will be this Friday at the Pompano Park Aquatic Center.   Click HERE for the full results    

Congratulations to Matthew Petreski (12 years old) who swam at the Invitational in Jupiter this past weekend and broke the 19 year old record of the 100 meter breaststroke.  This record was previously held by Scott Schultz, but Matthew broke the record by more than 2 seconds.  This was a fantastic achievement knowing that we are very early in the long course season and this meet was an Invitational, rather than a Championship meet.  What an exciting why to start the season.   100 Breaststroke - NEW RECORD 1:22.20  ...

Congratulations to Tyla Martin (15 years old) who returned home from the CARIFTA Aquatic Championships (March 29 - April 3) held in Kingston, Jamaica with 4 Golds and 1 Silver.  Tyla was representing her country of Trinidad and took gold in the 200 back, 50 fly, 100 fly, and 200 fly, and silver in the 400 free.   Click HERE for the full results.

On Saturday, April 13 our Age Groups (White / Green I / Green II) started the day with a combined practice at the Boca Raton campus making plenty of white water with some awesome kick sets.  Followed by a pool side brunch of juice and bagels, then headed to Put'nAround Golf Course in Delray Beach for a round of putt putt.  Twenty six golfers along with six coaches enjoyed the 2nd Annual Putt Putt Golf Tournament.  The rain stopped the event at the 17th hole, but didn't stop the fun...
