On March 26, Pine Crest Aquatic Director/Swim Coach, Jay Fitzgerald will be presented with the "2011 Outstanding Service Award" from NISCA (National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association) at the Annual NISCA Conference which is being held in connection with the Men's NCAA Division I, Swimming and Diving Championship Meet at the University of Minnesota, March 24-27. In years past Coach Eddie, teachers and students have got together for an event called St. Baldrick's (www.stbaldricks.org). The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer- driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. Pine Crest Swimming finished the Missouri Grand Prix with great results. Day 1 Prelims - Zeineb Khalafallah qualified for the "B" final in the 200 Freestyle, Lindsey Swartz qualified for the "C" final in the 100 Breaststroke. Pine Crest Swim Camp comes Full Circle, When Bradley Ally was a young swimmer growing up in Barbados, he came to Pine Crest Swim Camp to improve his skills in swimming and learn more about the sport he enjoyed so much.
