Senior 3: Performance- National
Practice days: Monday - Friday and Saturday (including morning practices)
Practice Objectives: The suggested age for this group is 15 years old and older or a freshman in high school, who have achieved , at minimum, Sectional times. This group is designed for swimmers who are highly motivated and committed to 7-9 practices per week. In addition, swimmers will participate in dryland & a weight training program as part of their competitive conditioning.
All swimmers moving to this group must be approved by Head Coach. Please refer to the Team Calendar on our main page for practice times and locations.

Participation in all sanctioned swim meets each season is preferred for SR2:P, including post-season Zone/National level meets.

Equipment Required:
IFLY team cap at practice during the week. Saturdays are reserved for caps of the athletes' choice.
Well-fitting suit (such as jammers for boys and 1-piece for girls), cap, goggles, fins, snorkel, nose plug, paddles, and mesh bag are required.
Tempo trainers are highly encouraged.
Our SR3:P-N group utilizes wearable technology to measure technique progression and training metrics. Families are responsible for a $90 annual app subscription.
Equipment Options:
1) Use the A3 Team Store for:
- Team practice suit with a logo, racing suit for championship meets, general IFLY shirts and apparel, and A3 training equipment (if preferred)
2) Use the SwimOutlet IFLY Team Store for:
- Other, preferred equipment needs
(If multiple options for an item, like a kickboard, are available- swimmers may choose which they like most).
(Required equipment is listed above; all other equipment in the SwimOutlet store is optional).
