Timers will be provided for athletes competing in the 1650 Free during {Sunday March 2nd} finals (Session 7).

Each athlete competing in the 1000 freestyle and 1650 freestyle are responsible for providing their own lap counter, if desired. Lap counting
cards will be provided by the host club.
The single fastest heat per gender of the 1650 Free on {Sunday March 2nd} will swim with the evening finals. All remaining heats of the
1650 Free on {Sunday March 2nd} will swim following the preliminary session, swimming fastest to slowest, alternating between women
and men. Seeding for both sessions will be listed in the preliminary heat sheet.
The 1000 Free and 800 Free Relay will swim fastest to slowest, alternating heats between women and men.
Entries for the 1650 Free, scheduled to swim during the evening finals may down seed to compete during the morning preliminary heats.
Intent to down seed must be submitted by the event scratch deadline via the Scratch Box
Relays:
For all relays, the top sixteen (16) seeded teams will swim in the evening finals while the remaining teams will swim in the morning
preliminary session. All relays will be conducted in a timed final format.
Except for the 1000 Free, the Scratch Deadline for an event shall be 5:30 pm of the day prior to the event. For the 1000 Free, the scratch
deadline will be 30 minutes prior to the start of the technical meeting.
If a swimmer has over-entered events and does not scratch down to the maximum allowable number of entries for a session, day and / or meet, then the swimmer shall be scratched from the session’s events for the last chronological event to the earliest until the maximum number of allowed events is achieved.
Scratches by email and phone will only be accepted prior to the {Thursday February 27th} scratch deadline. Emails sent to Coach Jackson’s club email will not be considered as ‘entered’. After this, all scratches must be completed using the scratch box.

All teams have until tomorrow, November 5th at 8:00pm CST to submit any updated times for athletes already entered in any non-limited events. Please send updated times to [email protected]. Updated times will not be accepted past 8:00pm CST on November 5th.
Collecting Meet Fees
You all have been fantastic thus far in connecting with Emily Downes and Chris Freeman regarding your meet fees, payments, checks, etc. - we so appreciate your help in this area! Per our meet letter, we are requesting that all entry fees are received no later than November 9th (Saturday of our meet) at 10:00am CST unless prior arrangements have been agreed to with me in writing BEFORE November 8th. If you anticipate it may take longer than expected to send your check in the mail or are planning to send a check with a coach to the meet, it certainly does not hurt to communicate ahead of time regarding any potential delays! Failure to meet the Nov. 9th 10:00am deadline will result in swimmers remaining in the meet, but all confirmed entries will be billed at the late entry fee.
1650 Freestyle Timers
We would like to ask that all 1650s swimmers provide their own counter. If you can provide your own timer for the 1650 Free on Friday evening, please let me know! We are still looking for timers for Friday evening to run 2-pool racing.
Timelines & Psych Sheets
We will be sending out timelines and psych sheets on Wednesday, post updating any submitted times. We will also post these on our Hosted Events Page.
Apparel
Deadline to purchase meet specific apparel is Nov. 15th. Attached is the flyer to order. We will also have the QR code available throughout the Natatorium.
Scratch Deadlines
Saturday scratches are due by 6:30pm CST on Friday, November 8th, and Sunday scratches are due by 6:30pm CST on Saturday, November 9th.
Positive Check-In
Friday positive check-in is due by 5:30pm CST Friday, November 8th. All positive check-in and scratches will be located on the southwest of the Natatorium.
Coaches Meeting
Friday, November 8th 4:30pm and Saturday, November 9th 7:15am. Both meetings will cover the same agenda and be held in the Wet Classroom.
