Our small but studly group of 10 swimmers headed to the Lewiston for the Fazzari's Invitational this past weekend.  It was a fun filled weekend, enjoying the relaxing meet atmosphere and soaking up tons of sun. Hi Kevin:  Nationals went very well for both Harm-Jan and me.  I was able to train some with Keara's former coach in VA, Dudley Duncan.  He has a pool which we bubbles for only 4 months and so it was good to swim outside again.  They had a good Masters group and we had a couple of tough workouts before we tapered off.  Day one I swam the 200 Free in 2:08.94 which was a PR and placed 19th. 350+ best times.  2 team records, tons and tons of podium action!  The Triple Pentathlon is a grueling schedule of 5 races over a short period of time.  You have to race all 4 strokes, and the Individual Medley which is an equal length of each stroke.  We had 109 swimmers attend the meet, most of which attempted to conquer the pentathlon.  At the end of each day, the times from all 5 races were added together, and these are the finishing places for those who competed in the meet. ...

AGS Recap: AGS is a qualifying meet for the western section.  From Alaska to Hawaii, Oregon to Montana, 174 teams  brought over 1700 kids from around the region bring the fastest age group swimmers to compete at one of the best pools in the nation.  The qualifying times are tough to make, generally the times will rank you in the top 40 kids for your age-group for that particular event.  We sent 11 kids who to this meet, who went 33 best times and broke 4 team records.  We placed...
