Hello M3A families, We are deeply troubled by the news coming out of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USPOC) regarding the participation of trans athletes. The USOPC has determined that they are going to comply with President Trump’s executive order 14201 which will restrict trans athletes from competing in women’s categories. This decision by the USOPC also took away the ability of National Governing Bodies (NGBs) like as USA Swimming to self-regulate policies such as this. Moving forward, we will not attend competitions or venues where the coaching staff feels our team will be potentially unsafe,...

Hello M3A Families, It is with high vigilance that our coaching staff have been observing a rise in hate speech as well as racially and spiritually motivated acts of violence in our region of the Midwest. Earlier this week, like many of you, our coaching staff were made aware of a large campaign by the White Knights of the KKK across northern Indiana which intended to intimidate and silence vulnerable communities. We want to in the most explicit way possible condemn the revolting and inhuman acts of the KKK, those...

Hello M3A families, In a moment of national shock and spectacle, we witnessed for the first time in the digital era the attempted assassination of a former U.S. president and current candidate for the office of the president of the United States. In the strongest terms possible our coaching staff condemn all acts of political violence, gun violence, the oppression of freedom of speech and the right of the people to peacefully assemble. As the Democratic National Convention (DNC) is set to take place in Chicago this summer, we call...
