Six members of the Sheridan boys team competed in the IHSA Swimming and Diving Sectionals in Edwardsville, IL on February 22nd, 2025. SST is currently looking to expand our ability to host meets at our pool, both outdoor and indoor. One of the difficulties we have with this is getting officials. Becoming an official or judge with USA Swimming is handled by our Local Swim Committee, LSC, Illinois Swimming. The process includes becoming a Non-Athlete Member of USA Swimming. SST Senior Swimmer Alexandria Meyers signed her National Letter of Intent to attend and to become a member of Duquesne University Women’s Triathlon Team on Tuesday this week. While attending Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, she will be studying Kinesiology with a focus on physical therapy.
