February Water Polo Information

We are excited to announce the details of our February 2024 Training Session!  The details on the session are as follow:

• HS Boys Experienced - This group is intended for experienced players with at least two years of regular high school varsity playing time, or equivalent club experience.  Less experienced players may also be invited to train with this group at the coaches’ discretion.  This group will focus on advanced individual technical work, tactical team training, and preparation for high level competition within the Northeast Zone and Beyond.
• HS Boys Futures - This group is for players whose understanding of the game of water polo is still developing. All male 9th grade athletes should register for the Futures group unless they have received prior communication from the coaching staff.  No experience is necessary to train with the Futures group, however athletes should be able to complete a 200 freestyle and tread continuously for five minutes as a baseline for participation.  This group will focus on developing a strong fundamental of the game, building endurance, and understanding team tactics. 
• HS Girls - This group is intended for high school girls athletes.  This group will focus on building a solid fundamental understanding of the game, individual tehcnical skills, and preparation for high level competiton.  Athletes in this group will be divided by experience within each session to best individualize their training and development.
• 14U Coed - This group is intended for all middle school age athletes.  This group will focus on developing a strong fundamental of the game, building endurance, and understanding team tactics.  Athletes in this group will be divided by experience within each session to best individualize their training and development.
