It was an awesome Distance Time Trial today. It's always great to see young athletes tackle the distance events with aggressiveness. Our swimmers once again performed extremely well at the NY Sharks Meet over the weekend.  Their achievements include 178 personal Bests, 171 Championship qualifying swims, and 22 new Team Records.  And, to top it off, our swimmers, coaches, and our parents were praised by the host team for having ‘captured the true meaning of Sportsmanship and Team Work’! Our 9 -12 swimmers had a fantastic weekend at the RFAC Elizabeth R Miller Memorial Meet at Marist this past weekend!  It was exciting for both our parents and our coaches to watch our swimmers continue to excel for the second week in a row.  Together with our 8 & Under’s, who represented our team so well at the NYSA 8&U Meet, our 9-12’s laid down 147 personal bests, 129 championship qualifying swims, and broke 13 team records!  The Patriot Team Spirit was amazing, and the coaches had a blast...

This year the IMX Extreme Games will be hosted at The University of Maryland at College Park on January 31-February 2, 2014. We had 15 swimmers participate in last years meet with 2 winning high point awards.  As a result of our October IMX meet, we have a large number of qualifiers with excellent rankings in our LSC (metropolitan) as well as nationally.  In order to qualify for the meet, you must have completed the IMX events for your age group and achieved an IMX score of 1500 points.  Take...
