Halloween Weekend Schedule: Saturday, Oct 29 – Monday, Oct 31 Saturday, Oct 29th: SPECIAL PRACTICE: 4:30pm-6:00pm at the GAC - ALL LEVELS, ALL SITES! All Swimmers and Parents: Important Meet Sign-Up Announcement: For anyone interested in attending the October YMCA Invitational at Kernesville YMCA, we have a 1-week window online to sign-up, the GCY entry deadline will be Sunday, October 2nd at midnight. Because of the GCY Training Camp, we have made the following changes to our practice schedule this week: Friday, Sept 23rd: All sites practice at Bryan YMCA during normal Bryan YMCA practice times (No practice at Ragsdale or Spears) AG1: 4:30-5:45, AG2: 4:30-6:00, Senior Prep 4:30-6:15, Seniors/National 5:00-7:30 Saturday, Sept 24th: Only one practice will be offered, no dryland training: AG1, AG2, and Senior Prep - No practice, Seniors/National/Masters/Tri-Swimmers 7:00am-8:45am
Attention ALL Senior and National Team Members: Thursday mornings are now at the new Greensboro Aquatic Center - LONG COURSE! This is a huge training advantage that we wanted to provide you - PLEASE mark this on your schedule to attend regularly! FIRST PRACTICE is September 15th!
