Swimmer's 1st Swim Meet?
Swimmers:
Items you may need for the swim meet:
- Bring towels, goggles, team swimsuit, team swim cap
- Sharpie marker and maybe a highlighter
- Healthy Snacks - There will be time for your swimmer to snack between their races
- Bring a chair(s) - Most facilities have limited seating for swimmers
- Something to keep the swimmer entertained (Book, music, playing cards, games)
- NO GEAR BAGS - Swimmers will not need their gear bag/equipment bag. (Kickboard, Snorkel, Fins, Paddles)
Swimmers need to arrive 10-15mins before warm-ups to allow swimmers enough time to find the coach/team, get settled in and prepare for warm-up. Swimmers late to warm-up may not be permitted to warm-up during the scheduled warm-up.
