O2SPLASH UNIFORM POLICY

O2Splash Swim Team Swimsuit and Team O2 Swim Cap Policy

As the Team Director of the O2Splash Swim Team, I would like to inform all members about our policy regarding swimsuits and swim caps. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Swimsuit Requirements:
    1. All members of the O2Splash Swim Team are required to wear the designated team swimsuit during practices, competitions, and team events.
    2. It is the responsibility of each swimmer to purchase their own team swimsuit.
    3. The team swimsuit design and purchasing information will be provided to each swimmer upon joining the team or at the beginning of each season.
    4. Swimmers should ensure that their team swimsuit is in good condition, properly fitted, and worn appropriately during all team activities.
    5. The team swimsuit serves as a representation of our team's unity, professionalism, safety, and pride.

 

  1. Swim Cap Requirements:
    1. All members of the O2Splash Swim Team are required to wear the official O2 team swim cap during practices, competitions, and team events.
    2. The first team swim cap will be provided to each swimmer free of charge.
    3. In the event that a swim cap is lost or damaged, the swimmer is responsible for purchasing a replacement swim cap.
    4. Swimmers should ensure that their team swim cap is in good condition, properly worn, and easily identifiable as the official team cap.
    5. The team swim cap not only serves as a symbol of team spirit but also helps in identifying our swimmers during races and team activities.

  1. Compliance and Exceptions:

 

  1. It is mandatory for all swimmers to comply with the swimsuit and swim cap policy unless specified otherwise by the coaching staff or team management.
  2. NO Exceptions to the policy will be considered in any circumstances.

By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a unified team appearance and promote a sense of pride, safety and professionalism among our swimmers. The team swimsuit and swim cap represent our collective identity and commitment to excellence.
