Total Aqua Fitness
A dynamic water-based workout for all fitness levels, blending cardio, strength, and endurance using aqua dumbbells, noodles, paddles, and resistance bands. Coach Tess' Navy-inspired style makes every session structured, challenging, and fun, helping participants build strength, improve balance, and boost endurance. (Six-week sessions, $120/session + $12 daily, Oct–May)
Aqua Zumba®
A high-energy, low-impact aquatic workout set to music from around the world, Aqua Zumba® tones muscles and boosts fitness with natural water resistance—no experience or equipment needed, just bring your energy! (Year-round, $12/class, pay via Cash, Venmo, or CashApp)
Aqua Souls
A high-energy, maximum-calorie burn water workout set to great music, Aqua Souls leaves you exhilarated, toned, and stronger, improving both strength and endurance. (Monthly $108, Oct–May)
Lap Swimming & Water Walking
Get a low-impact, full-body workout in the pool that builds strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness—perfect for all levels. Fees: $5/day or $50/month, plus $25 annual registration.
