Hello, The team is looking for someone to help with NST dryland 5-5:45 M-F. Shayna and Kathy start high school swim tomorrow. NHS swim practices start at 5 and will need to focus on that team. This could be a parent who is a certified trainer, maybe once was a certified trainer or someone familiar with this type of exercise, but not necessary. It is helpful to know when to correct swimmers if they are doing an exercise wrong, but most of the kids are familiar enough with doing them...
