Welcome to Blue Crush Water Polo! Our competitive water polo program ensures every athlete gets the right training for their skill level and goals. From first-time players to championship competitors, we have a place for everyone on our team.

Blue Crush Water Polo trains at TWO locations - make sure to check the right section for your practice times:
- Mt Hood Aquatic Center - Evening practices (7:30pm-8:30pm) + Friday at Parkrose

Ages 12 & Under • Foundation Skills

What You'll Learn:
- Master efficient treading water techniques
- Learn correct passing fundamentals
- Build water polo basics and game awareness
- Develop water confidence and ball handling
Ready to Join? Players must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke. This is our fun, supportive introduction to competitive water polo focused on FUNdamentals and water safety.
Equipment Needed: Water bottle, goggles, water polo ball

Training Goals:
- Master strong egg beater kick
- Develop accurate passing under pressure
- Learn defensive and offensive positioning
- Build endurance for full game play
Ready to Join? Players must swim 100 yards freestyle and backstroke without stopping, demonstrate strong egg beater kick, and pass with accuracy.
Equipment Needed: Water bottle, goggles, water polo ball, mesh bag

Ready to Join? Players must demonstrate strong swimming endurance (400+ yards), advanced egg beater technique, competitive game experience, and ability to execute plays under pressure. This program is designed for athletes committed to competitive water polo and preparing for high school/club level competition.
