We will continue our practice schedule as it has been amended but we will now be adding our team dryland zooms in the mornings. NNA Families, We have some great news about returning to the pools! I hope most of you have seen the Governors press release about moving into the Phase 2 plan and its inclusion of swim pools. That includes us! Idlewild and Northwest pools will open for swim teams on Saturday, June 6th. This is our new target date to resume swim practices. Hello NNA Families, Returning to Practices: We finally have some information about getting back to business as normal. Swimming pools are supposed to be relatively safe. The CDC announced that 1 part per million (PPM) of chlorine is enough to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The pools in this area are almost always maintained at 2-4 PPM. Hello NNA families, We have received an update from the City of Reno. The pools will be closed through April 30. The full update is attached. We will continue to do team dryland training. EVERY morning at 10:00am through the end of the month. That is 7 days a week. We will also do 4:00pm every weekday Mondays-Fridays.
