2025-2026 FXFX Swimming Fees & Payment Options
TeamUnify as updated our website and along with USA Swimming will be requiring ALL swimmers, coaches and affiliated members of USA Swimming to complete a registration, we should have any easier time with full registration for the upcoming season. All information below is geared towards any facilities or programs affiliated with Fairfax Foxes Swimming. You will be paying USA Swimming directly online with this registration.
All families will be charged a $350 registration fee per swimmer to cover the cost of the items below.
Group fees will either be paid in full at the time of registration or will be invoiced quarterly on the dates below.
Any members of Fairfax Foxes Swimming will select one group placement and will automatically be eligible to compete. Included in your registration will be the following team merchandise:
- One long-sleeve t-shirt
- One short-sleeve t-shirt
- One silicone swim cap
- One team suit
- One GMU bag tag
- One GMU parking pass
- One team magnet
- Dryland Training, either through in-person or Zoom workout
GROUP TRAINING FEES - covers the season from Training Camp (late August 2025) through the end of April 2026.

SEASONAL GROUPS
We have two 16-week programs for Bronze 2, Pack 2, & VARSITY. Families must indicate via email their desire to swim in one of the 16-week sessions or will otherwise default to their participation from August 23, 2025 through April 2026. These two sessions will run from August 23 through December 21, 2025 and/ or January 2, 2025 through April 26, 2025.
HOW TO PAY
Families may choose to Pay in Full at the time of registration for their Group Training Fees. They will receive a 10% discount, which will include the Sibling Discount. All families that have siblings are eligible for a 5% sibling discount that will be reflected in their invoice toward one of their family members.
All families that Pay in Installments will be INVOICED on or around the following dates:
October 19, 2025 - Reflecting training for September and October 2025
December 19, 2025 - Reflecting training for November and December 2025
February 19, 2026 - Reflecting training for January and February 2026
April 19, 2026 - Reflecting training for March and April 2026
Individual meet fees are separate and each account is charged directly and reflective of the events a swimmer is racing and the rates that the meet is requesting. Please note that fees indicated below do not include meet fees.
OFFICIALS DISCOUNT: Any family member that becomes certified to officiate will have all of their officiating certification fees covered by Fairfax Foxes Swimming. An additional $500 of credit will be applied to your family account at the end of the year. Certain meet fees will also be waived at the conclusion of specific competitions.
