SILVER SELECT 

Skills at the breakthruogh point; desire for greater, more intensified training

SILVER SELECT Foxes are beginning their middle school years and are balancing a more competitive regiment with personal and team goals. Competition at swim meets is expected with an emphasis on goal-setting, focus and attention to detail.  Having worked already in the Silver group or with a comparable regiment, Silver Select swimmers are primarily 6th through 9th graders and aspire for increased competition, taking advantage of more time with teammates.

2025-2026 Practice Days:

MON and WED: 8pm - 9:15pm at GMU

FRI: 5am - 6:15am at STJ

SUN: 7:15am - 8:45am at Providence

Dryland: Wednesdays on Zoom / Thursdays for Yoga
