High School-level talent base with less commitment to Foxes. These swimmers hope to maintain their skills while staying engaged with swimming around the calendar.

2025-2026 Practice Days: 

MON and WED: 8pm - 9:15pm at GMU 

Required Equipment: Kickboard, Paddles, Buoy, Fins, 2 Tennis Balls, Cap, Goggles, Suit, Water Bottle
