Dynamic, competitive and versatile Foxes, considered "Pre-Senior" Group

GOLD Foxes will notice that their practices are now more challenging both in volume and intensity. Stroke technique will continue to be a priority at this level with a greater expectation on practice discipline.  This “pre-senior” group is expected to learn effective communication skills and begin taking stronger ownership over their swimming careers. Competition at swim meets is expected with an emphasis on goal-setting, focus and attention to detail.  The GOLD swimmers are primarily 7th through 12th graders.

2025-2026 Practice Days:

MON / WED / THURS: 8pm - 9:15pm at PROVIDENCE

SUN: 9:45am - 11:20am at GMU

eXurb: SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS are available at 8:15am.
