Away Meets

• District policy states all students must be transported TO & FROM a competition on the bus.

• Emergency situations where a student athlete is driven home from a competition by their parents and not the school bus must be cleared by Michelle Goss (Assistant Athletic Director) or Corey Sigle (Athletic Director) prior to the meet.

• Coaches cannot clear swimmers to go home with parents.  Coaches need an email from Michelle Goss or Corey Siegel to release any student athlete.

• Dismissal times for student athletes vary depending on the meet and busing logistics. 

Home Meets

• No student athlete should be leaving school before they are dismissed.

• Dismissal from school is 1:45 pm.

• Activity Bus leaves Wagner Gym at 2:00 pm.

• YMCA wants coaches to touch the timing equipment, not the athletes.

• Student athletes (with leadership from the Seniors) are to make sure the pool deck is spotless after meets.

Practice

• Activity bus leaves at 2:35 pm from STEM.  First in line - Bus #67.

• Anyone taking activity bus must communicate with their 8th period teacher(s) and leave that class with enough time (2:25pm) to make the bus. You are responsible for all missed work.

• Athletes that drive do NOT get out early from school for practice.
