Diving
Another fantastic meet for West’s divers! Every single diver hit their lists 6 for 6 which allowed both Dobrys to earn 1st place. Senior Reilly Durkin and junior Mia Enterline both looked super strong the entire meet; Reilly’s focus allowed her to throw an inward flip despite assistant coach Carter’s attempt at distracting her. Freshman Tessa Dobry threw some new dives that allowed her to score a district qualifying score. Both senior Nolan Dobry and senior Jamie Compher had great meets, both boys soar sky high on their reverses. Great job divers! Thank you to senior Will Vaughen for cheering on his teammates despite injury and sophomore Liam Dennin for cheering on his teammates from afar as he recovers at home.
Way to go, Whippets!!!
