Team Suit and Caps:

Swim and Cap fees are due and can be paid to the team VENMO: @Dwestswimanddive. 

Athletes will receive their suits and caps once they are paid in full.  

Please see the attachment below for what is owed.  Any athlete who ordered a cap or suit will be listed on the document.

  • This store is anticipated to be ready after the holiday, but if you are thinking of using an item for a gift, print out the photo, wrap it up in a box, and give after the holiday!

Electronic Registration is now open! 

Whether you're a returning family or new family joining our team, the registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes.  We look forward to having you be part of our incredible swim team. Just click on the link below and you will be brought directly to the registration page on our team website.

  • RETURNING TEAM MEMBER REGISTRATION:  For athletes who were previously on the team, please click on the "Continue or Check Status Bar'' below, click "Continue," and then enter the TeamUnify/SportsEngine log-in information that you have used in past seasons.  For families with multiple children on the team, please follow these instructions and you can add a new member to your account.  
  • NEW TEAM MEMBER REGISTRATION:  For athletes who are new to the team( and no sibling currently on the team), please click the "Continue or Check Status Bar" below and then click "Create New Account."  Using your email address, select "Continue" and you will see a screen asking for the information needed to create a new account.   Athletes who are currently on a club team(ie: UMLY, WCAY, PAY, LCY) in the winter and/or summer that uses TeamUnify/Sports Engine, please use the same username/email and password for the DWHS Swim and Dive Team.  TeamUnify/Sports Engine will connect the profiles.  For families who are new to TeamUnify/Sports Engine or who swim or dive only for the DWHS Swim and Dive Team, please follow the instructions when you are prompted.  
  • Please update the second email in your Account profile to your child's non school email so they can receive emails from TU as well. THis way for those of you who want your child to handle all things TU (signing up for Team dinners) they will get the emails.  You then just need to share your TU login information with them.
  • 2022-2023 Team Dues: Must be paid by 12/2/2022

    • Team member dues are assessed yearly and are voted on by the DWHS Swim and Dive Team Parent Board.  Team dues are based on the budget set forth to run the season.  Team dues are used to cover the costs of team shirts, the senior recognition meet, team gifts, senior gifts, certain banquet costs, and other items needed during the season.  

    • The DWHS Swim and Dive Team dues for the 2022-2023 season are $155 per swimmer or diver.

    • If a family has more than one swimmer or diver, the cost is $155 for the first team member and $130 for each additional team member.

    • The Parent Booster Board is in the process of obtaining the 501(c)(3) non-profit status.  This is a lengthy process (on the government side), so we have a delay in the ability to do autopay through TeamUnify.  Please make sure to pay your team dues by 12/2/22 to our Venmo account: @DWestswimanddive or contact [email protected] to make other arrangements.***

    • Downingtown High School West Activity Fee:  This is a fee charged by the school.  Must be paid by 12/2/22 (please let us know if your child is on Free and Reduced Meals Program let a the coaches or Parent Booster know)

Volunteer and Team Dinner Google Forms:

Welcome to all our parents and guardians to this year's team.  We cannot run meets without your help and support. High School meets are much faster than club dual meets.  We still need parents and guardians to help run a meet, especially the home meets.  We also have a few committees to volunteer for as well as signing up to host a team dinner. Please email the Parent Booster Board with any questions about volunteering or hosting a team dinner.
