For the divers, we had a strong showing against Abington.  Nolan Dobry (191.6) and Micah Russell (182.5) earned PRs while also securing 1st and 2nd place.  While Jamie Compher ended up 4th, he threw some beautiful dives!  Our ladies, Mia Enterline and Grace McNamara, worked hard to earn 2nd and 3rd against Abington’s two lady divers.  Mia, while not earning a PR, had one of her best meets yet this season and even threw a new dive during the meet!  Grace showed some true grit after a rough start to the meet by throwing some incredibly clean, beautiful dives to still earn points for the team.  Overall, a great day for West’s divers and a great indicator of good things to come for all 5 of our divers!

Our next meet is against West Chester East High School on Thursday at 7:30 pm at the West Chester YMCA, 605 Airport Road, West Chester, PA 19380.  It is a short drive away from us.  We would love to see as many families as possible supporting our athletes at this meet – it should be a good one.  Go Whippets!!!
